Shipping policy

All orders are processed within one business day.

Orders placed before 1PM EST will be shipped out the same business day. Orders received after 1PM EST are shipped the following business day. If we cannot ship any item in this time, we will contact you immediately to set a shipment date at the soonest availability.

No shipments on Sundays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Rates and delivery times will vary and depend on the shipping service provider selected.

Currently not shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number as soon as we process your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ACBM Tech is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

ACBM Tech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
