An automatic shut-off feature even stops operation when using one of the optimized programs, which allows the operator to walk away from the blender and attend to a different task for back-of-house efficiency.

In order to withstand heavy-use applications and back-to-back blends, the 2.3 hp motor is redesigned for maximum power and durability. And its 48 oz. Advance container provides 50% more capacity than the original Drink Machine. This makes it ideal for large, high-volume operations.
